Can you connect to our old software?
Often, yes. We work out how the software you already own stores and moves its data, then build a bridge so your teammate can read from it and, where you approve, write to it. It has to be software you own or license, and we need your written okay. If a replacement is the better call, we say so.
Do you work with our ERP?
Around it, yes. We do not replace or modify your ERP. Your teammate handles the work around it, like chasing late purchase orders, and reads through your approved exports, reports, or API. It never writes without an approval step your IT signs off on. We start with one department and one or two jobs.
Will it send things without asking me?
Not unless you choose that. The plan starts in draft-and-approve mode, so customer messages wait for your OK.
What does the $200 of AI usage mean?
Your teammate runs on AI models that bill by the work done. The allowance is built into the plan, overage is billed at cost with no markup, and we warn you at 80%.
What do I need to get started?
A free 15-minute call, then the short questionnaire. Setup week is included in the plan.
What tools does it connect to?
Email and calendar with draft access, contacts, and Google Business post drafts to begin. We tell you what is feasible before promising a connection.
Do I need a new website?
No. If you also want one, we can plan how new inquiries move from the site into your teammate.
